§ 1 General principles

  1. This Privacy Policy sets forth the rules for the collection, processing and use of personal data obtained by the website www.gudart.pl (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").

  2. The use of the Website does not require personal data, unless the User intends to purchase a product, send an inquiry.

  3. Provision of personal data by the User is always a voluntary decision of the User. However, failure to consent to the processing of personal data may prevent the provision of electronic services.

  4. The administrator of the personal data provided by the Users is Gudart SC, based in Oborniki Wielkopolskie, 32A Kowanowska Street, 64-600, NIP 606-01-02-109.

  5. The Administrator shall protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss, alteration, damage or destruction, and shall process the data entrusted to him in accordance with the law. The basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (RODO).

  6. When you use the Website, additional information may be collected, in particular: the IP address assigned to your computer or your ISP's external IP address, domain name, browser type, access time, operating system type.

  7.  Navigation data may also be collected from Users, including information about the links and references they choose to click on or other actions they take on the Website.

§ 2 Principles of personal data processing

  1. Personal data is processed on the basis of consent given by the Website User when using the contact form on the Website.

  2. The personal data referred to in § 2 paragraph 1 are primarily:

    • name,

    • phone number,

    • electronic mail (e-mail) address

  3. In the case of a business User, the User shall, in addition to the data referred to in paragraph 2 above, indicate the following personal data:

    • the company under which the enterprise operates, along with an indication of the legal form,

    • the number of entry in the Central Register of Business Activity and Information or the number of entry in the National Court Register,

    • registered office address,

    • mailing address,

    • tax ID number,

  4. Personal data provided by the User will be processed for the performance of services provided electronically through the Website and for responding to the inquiry in the contact form.

  5. The user has the right to access, control and verify the processed data concerning him/her, and to obtain information on the purpose, scope and manner of processing of the data contained in the filing system, and to request completion, updating, rectification of personal data, temporary or permanent suspension of its processing, deletion of data, request to cease processing of personal data pursuant to Article 32(1)(7) of the Personal Data Protection Law, or to object pursuant to Article 32(1)(8) of the Personal Data Protection Law.

  6. Any requests or demands resulting from the User's rights described in § 2.5 should be directed to the email address biuro@gudart.pl.

§ 3 Basic User Rights

  1. The user may at any time request the deletion of his/her data from the Gudart SC database by making this request by email to biuro@gudart.pl preferably from the email address that was provided in the course of registration.

  2. Deletion of User data results in the deletion of all information and data about the User. However, the administrator of the www.gudart.pl website reserves the right to retain the User's data and to refuse to delete them to such an extent and for such a period of time as is legally permitted, in particular to settle obligations arising between the User and the Company.

§ 4 Basic responsibilities of the Data Controller

  1. Gudart SC, which is the administrator of personal data, takes special care in the process of data processing to ensure the protection of the interests of Users.

  2. Gudart SC ensures that personal information is:

    • processed in accordance with the law,

    • collected only for designated purposes, in accordance with the law,

    • not subjected to further processing that would be unlawful,

    • Adequate and sufficient for the purposes of processing,

    •  stored only for the necessary period of time, i.e. until the purpose of processing is achieved,

    • stored using the highest safety standards,

    • stored in a form that allows identification of the persons to whom they relate.

  3. Personal data is stored in a filing system that has been secured by technical and organizational measures that ensure the protection of data processing. Access to the personal data file is allowed only to persons with authorizations granted by the personal data controller.

§ 5 Mechanism of cookies, IP address

  1. The Website uses small files called "cookies" - so-called "cookies". These are stored by Gudart SC via the Website on the computer of a visitor to the Website, if the Internet browser allows it. A cookie usually contains the name of the domain from which it originated, its "expiration time" and an individual random number identifying the cookie. The information collected through cookies of this type helps tailor the services offered by Gudart SC to the individual preferences and actual needs of visitors to the Website. It also provides an opportunity to develop general statistics on the display of information presented on the Website.

  2. Gudart SC uses two types of cookies:

    • Session cookies: when the session of a particular browser ends or the computer is turned off, the stored information is deleted from the device's memory. The mechanism of session cookies does not allow the collection of any personal data or any confidential information from the Users' computer;

    • Persistent cookies: they are stored on the hard drive of the User's computer and remain there until deleted.

  3. Gudart SC uses proprietary cookies for the purpose of analysis and research, as well as audience auditing, and in particular to create anonymous statistics that help to understand how Users use the Website, which allows to improve its structure and content.

  4. Gudart SC uses external cookies for:

    • collection of general and anonymous statistical data through Google Analytics analytical tools (third-party cookie administrator: Google Inc. based in the USA);

    • presentation on the Website of a map indicating the location of Gudart SC, using the maps.google.com website (external cookie administrator: Google Inc. based in the USA);

    • Present ads tailored to the User's preferences using the Doubleclick.net online advertising tool (third-party cookie administrator: Google Inc. based in the USA);

  5. The mechanism of cookies is safe for the computers of the Users of the Website. In particular, by this means it is not possible for viruses or other unwanted software or malware to enter the Users' computers. However, in their browsers, Users have the option to limit or disable the access of cookies to their computers. If this option is used, the use of the Website will be possible except for functions that by their nature require cookies.

  6. Gudart SC may collect your IP address. An IP address is a number assigned to the computer of a visitor to the Website by an Internet service provider. The IP number allows you to access the Internet. In most cases, it is assigned to a computer dynamically, i.e., it changes each time you connect to the Internet, and for this reason it is commonly treated as non-personal identifying information. The IP address is used by Gudart SC to diagnose technical problems with the server, to create statistical analysis (e.g. determining from which regions we record the most visits), as information useful for administration and improvement of the Website, as well as for security purposes and possible identification of server-loading, unwanted automatic programs for browsing the contents of the Website.

  7. The Website contains links and references to other websites. Gudart SC is not responsible for the privacy policies on them. For this reason, we encourage you, when you go via the Website to a site managed by another administrator, to read the privacy policy adopted there.

  1. Questions and objections regarding the Privacy Policy may be directed by Users to the e-mail address biuro@gudart.pl.

  2. The Privacy Policy is subject to change, of which the Administrator will inform the Users of the website by posting the new content of this document on the website www.gudart.pl.
